Founded in 1979 by James Kirtley, our company began as Kirtley Overhead Doors, a trusted provider of high-quality overhead doors for businesses across the region. Over the years, we expanded our expertise to include a full range of loading dock equipment sales, installation, and service, such as dock levelers, truck restraints, dock seals and shelters, high-speed roll-up doors, air curtains, and man doors.

After the passing of our founder in 2022, leadership transitioned to three longtime team members—Dave Davis, Francisco Ortiz, and Cody Conine—who carry forward James’s vision of excellence and reliability. To reflect our growth and broader service offerings, we proudly rebranded as Docks and Doors, LLC.
